Bell's Rock (Pedra do Sino)

This trekking is a long walk, the distance of the path is about 5,94 miles from the barrier, inside the main part of The National Park in Teresopolis, to the highest place in the Mountain Range of the Organs 7463,9 feet. Bell's rock marks the limits of the cities of Petropolis, Teresopolis and Guapimirim. The path that leads to Bell's rock has a hard beginning but sooner it becomes lighter with a "zig zag" in the path inside the forest. It is a classic walk inside the park, passing through part of the path that crosses Petropolis and Teresopolis. You have a wonderful view from the top of this mountain where you can see the castles of Acu quite far inside Petropolis and a great vary of mountains in the cities of Teresopolis and Nova Friburgo. The estimated time to get to the top is of approximately from 3h to 5h. This trekking can also be done by night.
